The wiseDX needs particular hardware
The wiseDX must work with a powered chair that is DX compatible. The chair must have a Power Module and a Master Remote (typically a Europa Joystick but nearly any Master Remote will do). The wiseDX is connected to any free DX socket on one of the modules already on the chair- with a standard DX cable. The wiseDX is not a Master Remote or a Secondary module - it is a DXKEY based module. However, a secondary remote can be additionaly connected if required - maybe you currently use a secondary remote!
DX connection diagram The Master Remote will have had to be programmed with the correct file using the Dynamics 'PCD Wizard' programme. This is something that only trained wheelchair professionals will be able to do.
